Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven Secretary to help with the organization and running of the fast-paced daily operations within the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion, as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and emails from sales reps
- Collecting the necessary documents from sales reps
- Event planning/coordinating
- Scheduling and coordinating with customers for installations, service calls, etc.
- General office duties

Schedule: M-F, 8 AM - 5:30 PM
