Position Overview:
V3 Electric is seeking a visually driven Brand & Creative Lead with a strong graphic design foundation and an exceptional eye for creative direction. This role is ideal for someone who understands what great branding looks like—and just as importantly, what doesn’t. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to help shape, protect, and elevate the V3 brand across all touchpoints, providing high-quality feedback, direction, and hands-on design support when needed.
This position offers the opportunity to grow into a full Brand Manager role, with increasing responsibility over brand standards, creative execution, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and platforms.
- Provide clear, thoughtful, and high-level creative feedback on flyers, merchandise, video projects, and digital assets.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to guide visual direction and ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Contribute to graphic design projects as needed, particularly in Adobe Illustrator and mainstream editing tools.
- Review and refine designs to ensure strong composition, typography, color usage, and overall visual impact.
- Assist in overseeing creative workflows and supporting project execution from concept through completion.
- Support the development and evolution of brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, leadership, and creative partners to ensure brand clarity and cohesion.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in graphic design with a proven eye for branding and visual storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic video editing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to critique creative work constructively and elevate overall quality.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative feedback clearly and confidently.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative-focused roles with leadership.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, graphic design, and visual systems.
- Experience reviewing or guiding creative assets such as flyers, merchandise, and video content.
- Ability to collaborate remotely and work closely with a distributed creative team.
- Proactive mindset with a desire to grow into a manager-level role.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working closely with marketing teams or creative departments.
- Familiarity with brand management, creative direction, or visual quality control.
- Experience assisting in overseeing creative projects or junior designers.
