Training and Development Specialist II "WTRS" - Gowen Field, Idaho
- Develops comprehensive training materials covering all training requirements not related to TADSS devices including exercise planning, scenario development and leadership training program (LTP) support.
- Coordinates logistics and scheduling for training sessions, ensuring all necessary resources and personnel are available.
- Conducts hands-on training sessions, workshops, and seminars focused on non-TADSS related training including practical demonstrations and simulations including CTCs/CTC rotations, installations, U.S. Army Commands, SC missions, scenario development, AARs, Contracted Role Players (CRPs), Civilians On the Battlefield (COBs), Higher Control (HICON), Training Analysis and Feedback Facility (TAFF) support.
