Job Description
- Supervises IMSO staff in the execution of daily/weekly/monthly/annual functions
- Develops & Maintains the Yearly Training Calendars
- Develops & Maintains the IMSO earnings budget
- Confirms and authorizes the collection of tuition for IMS Training
- Coordinates annual lodging requirement
- Develops & submits simulator date offers to all counties that train with PAARNG
- Inputs all simulation schedules into RFMSS (simulator scheduling program)
- Coordinates with SATFA, Unit, and team to develop and execute International Military Student Formal Course seats
- Develops & submits annual tuition pricing to Security Assistance Training and Field Activity (SATFA)
- Updates schoolhouse information in the Security Assistance network (SAN)
- Trains unit personnel on the Security Cooperation operation and processes
- Provide the unit command advice and guidance on International Military Student training, processes, and capabilities
- Submits company reports and authorizes and tracks work hours to ensure contract compliance
- Ensures that the company meets or exceeds contract requirements
- Ensures that the IMSO team meets regulatory requirements outlined in AR 12-15, SAAM, and IMSO Handbook and other regulatory references
- Leads the team in preparation for inspections
- Coordinates with Country Program Managers (CPM) at SATFA for program management and SAN input
- Completes Field Studies Manager and Training Manager duties when necessary
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the training, gathers feedback from participants and stakeholders, and integrates this feedback into future training updates and improvements.
