As a Journeyman ServiceNow Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform in support of BIM efforts. This mid-level role ensures ServiceNow applications - including Incident, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management - are properly aligned with operational workflows, program requirements, and program standards. Working closely with the service delivery teams, engineers, and project managers, the Journeyman ServiceNow Administrator supports system enhancements, data integrity, and user support while helping to optimize IT service management (ITSM) and IT operational management (ITOM) capabilities.

Position may be located at Cheyenne Mountain SFS, Peterson SFB, and/or Schriever SFB.

This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

Responsibilities

Major Job Activities:

• Develops, implements, and maintains ServiceNow to address processes, tools, and infrastructure to support requirements implementation.
• Accurately maintains and updates all configuration files for the entirety of the PoP, including the original source and a digital twin.
• For GFP, IAW AFMAN 17-1203, uses the DAF bases’ currently approved APSR, DPAS, and CMDB until cutover to the modernized network.
• While operating legacy networks, complies with DAF configuration and change management policies.
• Supports lead engineers in configuration management of all architectural and design documents.
• Supports configuration management of project documentation on customer portal.

Office environment with potential to support austere locations.

Must be able to lift / carry 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Education / Certifications:

• Management or Technical BA / BS Degree; Or
• High School Diploma or Associate Degree.
• ServiceNow CSA or equivalent.
  
  

Experience / Skills

• 5 years with BA / BS Degree
• Minimum of 7 years performing as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar skill set for large, complex programs / systems with High School Diploma or Associate Degree.
  
  

Clearance Requirement

• Candidates shall possess or be eligible to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret (Tier 3) level clearance.
  
  

Skills & Technology Used

• Proven track record managing large, complex programs as a ServiceNow Administrator.
• Experience working with DoD or USG programs.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
