Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- The FMS Financial Tiger Team supports IPO-230F for financial Case Management
and closure. The Case Reconciliation and Closure Tiger Team is a DSCA initiative to
augment the Navy’s case closure efforts
- Participate as mid-level members of the FMS Financial Tiger Team. Provide financial
- Provide case development, management, and closure support to include coordination
IPO for MISIL and N-ERP cases under Navy IPO cognizance.
- Perform analysis and make recommendations to resolve corporate FMS business rule
violation resolution.
- Attend and maintain minutes for FMS enterprise activities and high-level meetings for

- Minimum Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree with five years’ relevant experience in FMS financial management is required.
- Five additional years’ experience can offset the bachelor’s degree requirement (total of 10 years
- Experience:
SCIP, MOCAS, CEPT or other relevant financial systems, as well as financial case and contract
reconciliation, pre-validation and problem disbursement analysis and resolution, case
management and execution, analysis and resolution of FMS business rule violations, purpose and
types of funding documents. A general understanding of FMS programs and roles and functions
of the DoD SA/FMS cooperative programs financial infrastructure is required.
- Five additional years’ experience can offset the bachelor’s degree requirement (total of 10 years
- Other Requirements:
- Must have or be able to secure a secret clearance
- U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access
- Desired Qualifications:
- Previous Foreign Military Sales Experience.
