- Support the development and execution of logistics strategies aligned with USSOCOM objectives and SOF GLSS contract requirements.
- Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and field support.
- Ensure compliance with DoD regulations, FAR/DFARS, and USSOCOM-specific directives.
- Collaborate with supply chain, maintenance, and program management teams to optimize sustainment performance.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and readiness metrics to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
- Assist in managing subcontractor performance and logistics-related deliverables.
- Support audit readiness, DCMA surveillance, and government reporting requirements.
- Mentor logistics personnel and site leads to ensure consistent execution and accountability.
- Serve as a liaison between logistics operations and government stakeholders to resolve issues and align priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8 years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 3 years supporting DoD or federal contracts.
- Strong understanding of military logistics, sustainment operations, and government compliance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and logistics platforms (e.g., DPAS, GCSS-Army, or equivalent).
- Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) or equivalent
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Familiarity with DCMA protocols and government audit standards
