- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage confidential employee information with the highest level of integrity.
- Provide leadership to global HR teams and support a culturally diverse, international workforce.
- Work hands-on across multiple HR and operational functions in support of V2Soft and its affiliated companies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a senior HR leadership role within a professional office setting.
- Demonstrated ability to design, lead, and implement HR and business operations strategies.
- SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR, or other HR certifications highly preferred.
- Prior experience in a global IT organization strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and HR/finance systems.
- Excellent task management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, proactive, agile, and detail‑oriented.
