Production Operator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Operator to join our team in the Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing and Hunting industry. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production line, meeting quality standards, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment will be essential to your success in this role. You will report to the Production Supervisor and work closely with other team members to achieve our production goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift and carry heavy weight up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the food industry
• Familiarity with production line equipment and processes
• Experience working in a clean room environment

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the assembly line and clean room
• Assist with the assembly and packaging of products as needed
• Adhere to all safety protocols and report any issues or concerns to the Production Supervisor

Skills:

As a Production Operator, you will utilize your skills in production equipment operation, quality control, and manufacturing processes on a daily basis. Your ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and maintain a clean and safe work environment will be crucial to your success in this role. Additionally, experience in the food industry, familiarity with production line equipment and processes, and experience working in a clean room environment will be beneficial.
