Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional certification (e.g., CBAP, CAP).
• Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

• Prior experience working in multi-location or cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, clean, and analyze large volumes of business data from various sources to identify patterns and trends.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic initiatives and business development.
• Assist in the design and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve operational processes and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports for management review.
