About the Role:

As a Product Owner, you will serve as the critical link between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the product vision aligns with customer needs and company goals. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, translating business requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications. Your role will involve continuous collaboration with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality, user-centric products. You will drive the product roadmap, making strategic decisions that balance technical feasibility, user experience, and business value. Ultimately, your leadership will ensure timely delivery of innovative solutions that enhance user satisfaction and contribute to the company’s competitive advantage.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile development environments.
• Strong proficiency in writing user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage product roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
• Experience with UX design principles and user interface development.
• Familiarity with application design and software development lifecycle.
• Background in data analysis or business analytics tools.
• Experience working in a technology-driven or software development company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market demands.
• Create, refine, and prioritize user stories and use cases to guide the development team effectively.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the product meets high standards of usability and design.
• Work within Agile development frameworks to facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional specifications and application design requirements.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancements and new features.
