About the Role:

The Analyst_QA position is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of our business services in Germany. This role involves conducting thorough testing and analysis of our systems and processes to identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality assurance strategies that align with our business objectives. By maintaining high standards of quality, the Analyst_QA will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance or software testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.
• Certification in quality assurance or testing (e.g., ISTQB).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications and business processes to ensure they meet specified requirements.
• Analyze test results and document findings, providing actionable insights to development and management teams.
• Collaborate with project managers and developers to define quality assurance standards and best practices.
• Participate in the design and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Skills:
