Why V10 Freight
V10 Freight is a small, driver-focused intermodal carrier based in Memphis. We’re adding a fourth truck and looking for one experienced container driver to run with us.
- $65,000–$100,000 per year. Percentage pay, not cents per mile — you earn a percentage of every load’s settlement, and when your weekly net hits $3,500 or more, your split increases in your favor. Our top driver regularly clears $1,500–$2,500 in a full week. The harder you run, the more you keep.
- Home every night. Typical Monday–Friday schedule, local and regional intermodal runs.
- Weekly settlements, paid on time, every time.
- Assigned truck. It’s yours — no slip-seating.
- Small operation. You’ll know the owner by name and reach him directly, not a call center.
- Dispatch and back office handled through Evans Delivery, running under Allegiant Intermodal authority.
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR
- Minimum 1 year verifiable intermodal/container experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen (we run a DOT-compliant testing program)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties associated with chassis and container handling
- Manual transmission experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to safety
