We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience operating CNC machinery and a strong focus on precision and quality. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and load CNC machines to perform milling tasks, etc.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production.
- Demonstrate exceptional precision part loading skills by carefully positioning and securing raw materials into the CNC machine, ensuring proper alignment and minimizing errors during the machining process.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency, making adjustments as necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience as a CNC Operator. Do Not apply if you don't have at least 2 years' experience as a CNC mill operator.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong precision part loading skills, with the ability to handle delicate or complex materials while maintaining tight tolerances.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in CNC machining is a plus.
