Video Interview Process
Team & role:
Team handles all capital spend in Construction projects.
This person will handle a new trial reservation process – we reserve funds for each Construction job in P2 (Salesforce tool).
This person will execute using Excel skills and by pulling reports. This is a repetitive task for each job.
Skills:
Basic Excel and Accounting/ finance skills (Invoice process/ Billing/ Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable/ Financial etc..,)
Strong soft skills
Construction knowledge a plus but not required.
Able to coordinate with external vendors.
Salesforce software experience is a plus not mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
