- Experience with Sales Order Management
- Experience in business process analysis and solution design
- Experience with configurations and troubleshooting.
- Experience with integrations
- Knowledge of EDI transactions
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Knowledge of Advanced Pricing and Customer Billing
- Strong experience in JD Edwards OTC / Order to Cash module
Job Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Sales Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Customer Billing
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business users, product teams, and integration teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order processing and billing workflows.
- Support system enhancements, testing, and production support.
