V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Senior Application Developer & Data Engineer (Remote) for our premier client.

Education And Experience »

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Proven experience as a Senior Application Developer and/or Data Engineer: 7 Years.
• MuleSoft APIs, Azure Data Factory, GoAnywhere Managed File Transfer services, and/or addition cloud, ETL, and application development technologies: 7 Years.
• Strong experience with software development principles, design patterns, and programming languages.: 7 Years.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.: 7 Years.
• Proficiency in application development, data engineering, system integration, and support activities.: 7 Years.
• Strong skills in designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting system software components.: 7 Years.
• Strong understanding of data modeling principles and experience with both relational SQL and NoSQL databases: 7 Years.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing ETL or ELT processes.: 7 Years.
• Knowledge of data quality principles and experience with data governance practices.: 7 Years.

What You’ll Do

Job Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design, develop, and implement applications using MuleSoft APIs, Azure Data Factory, GoAnywhere Managed File Transfer services, additional cloud ETL services, data pipelines, and application development technologies.
• Software Development Lifecycle: Participating in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable data pipelines and ETL processes that collect, process, and store data from various sources.
• Data Modeling and Architecture: Design and implement robust data models that enable efficient data analysis and manipulation
• System Integration: Integrate various systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Programming: Develops and codes new application software and/or make enhancements to existing application software.
• Testing: Tests and debugs new and existing application software, generating comprehensive unit test data, and validating test results.
