- 5 years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role
- SAP systems design and configuration (specifically forecasting/IBP)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business process improvement
- End-user production support and issue resolution
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication
- Mentoring and task delegation
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and configure SAP systems, focusing on forecasting (IBP) and planning areas.
- Lead impact analysis, system changes, testing, and improvements for business processes.
- Serve as primary support contact for end-users, troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Mentor junior analysts and delegate tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to align system changes with operational needs.
