V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a Project Manager 4 (Part-time) for our premier client in Richmond, VA.

Education And Experience »

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI) required with demonstrated experience in effective team building, and communication skills, knowledge and experience in successfully executing Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) implementation
  
  

What You’ll Do

Job Responsibilities:

• Project management activities include but are not limited to; leading team members through process mapping and requirements gathering, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for the project and overseeing the various system implementation phases and processes, overseeing acceptable user acceptance testing, certifying that the solution is ready for deployment and is fully implemented as planned
• Requirements include: strong management and leadership skills, the ability to set and maintain adherence to project goals with internal team and IT vendor, maintain project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports for executive management and the board, coordinating project team members and developing and tracking schedules and individual responsibilities, implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
