Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience within and agency, client, media company, or sales and marketing organizations, with a strong understanding of the sponsorship sales process and a proven track record of developing and executing impactful marketing programs for advertisers
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Aptitude and direct experience in developing sports sponsorships or marketing solutions
- Proficiency in visual storytelling with skill in Powerpoint, Keynote, and Photoshop
- Knowledge of media marketing and the sports advertising marketplace
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to speak with clients and large groups with ease
- Strategic thinker with the ability to connect client business challenges to innovative marketing solutions
- Ability to interact with senior-level management, internally and externally
- Strong organizational skills ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding and experience in developing and executing 360 marketing programs
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing concepts that align with client objectives
- Proven ability to manage projects from concept through execution while balancing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and move projects forward independently
