WHAT YOULL NEED:
Technical Requirements and Certifications
- PMP certification preferred.
Education and Experience
- Level III: 710 years of experience.
- Proven experience leading large-scale IT and security initiatives, delivering integrated solutions across cloud infrastructure and enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of access management concepts, including RBAC, JIT access, and public cloud security governance.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Experience with Agile Scrum and SAFe frameworks, including leading software delivery teams.
- Knowledge of security governance, technical architecture, and access control frameworks preferred.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence across large organizations.
- Strong customer and partner engagement skills.
- Passion for technology and delivering innovative security solutions.
WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic security initiatives focused on RBAC, JIT access, public cloud security policies, and policy exception management.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and reporting, including tracking organizational and policy exception burn-down efforts.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across business, security, engineering, product, and application teams.
- Present program status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and executive audiences.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and project teams to prioritize deliverables, manage scope, and drive effective decision-making.
- Provide leadership and problem-solving support across project teams.
- Drive organizational change management activities to support successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies while ensuring timely communication of project updates.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of processes, standards, and procedures through partnership with leadership and stakeholders.
