- 5 years of experience in data analytics/data science.
- 5 years in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- 3 years of Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.).
- 3 years building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic data modeling and analysis.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Experience analyzing workforce data, contractor spend, or operational metrics.
- Experience with machine learning models and predictive analytics.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
- Data Analysis: Analyzing technology org health/tech operations analytics.
- Data Science: Creating actionable insights from data.
- Stakeholder Management: presenting to Sr. technology leaders.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Modeling & Analysis
- Design and implement data models to support tech-specific strategic initiatives.
- Perform advanced analytics on contractor spend, workforce trends, and operational metrics.
- Deliver insights that influence executive-level decisions.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau for TechOps stakeholders.
- Enhance reporting on internal survey data (e.g., Officevibe) to deliver deeper organizational insights.
- Present findings in a clear, concise, and impactful manner to senior leadership.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Support data pipeline improvements and scalable analytics solutions.
- Apply machine learning techniques where applicable to improve forecasting, segmentation, and predictive insights.
- Use Python (preferred) for data manipulation, modeling, and automation.
- Partner with TechOps, Finance, and HR teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Demonstrate executive presence and strong communication skills when presenting to leadership.
