Education And Experience »
- 12 years in customer support, customer success, or technical support
- 2Experience supporting B2B SaaS products
- 3Experience facilitating workshops and presenting solutions to diverse audiences, including executives.
- Ability to manage multiple support tickets simultaneously
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and low-code/no-code solutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or relational databases is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and familiarity in Microsoft PowerBI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic client needs.
