- 8 years of Salesforce platform architecture and development experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Integration Patterns, and Security Model.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Any point Platform, APIs, RAML, Data Weave, and integration orchestration.
- Experience integrating AWS Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud or customer engagement platforms.
- Salesforce platform architecture and development experience. (8 years)
- Strong experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Integration Patterns, and Security Model. (8 years)
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Any point Platform, APIs, RAML, Data Weave, and integration orchestration. (8 years)
- Experience integrating AWS Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud or customer engagement platforms. (8 years)
- Experience with large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Knowledge of customer service operations and contact center modernization.
- Experience supporting Agile and DevSecOps delivery methodologies.
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce enterprise architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom platform solutions.
- Lead MuleSoft API-led connectivity initiatives, integration architecture, and enterprise data exchange strategies.
- Design and optimize AWS Connect contact center solutions integrated with Salesforce Service Cloud and omnichannel workflows.
- Develop Agentforce-enabled automation and AI-driven customer engagement strategies.
- Provide architectural oversight for CI/CD, DevSecOps, deployment governance, and environment management.
- Knowledge of Agentforce architecture, conversational AI, and automation workflows.
- Experience with DevSecOps tools such as Gearset, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, and enterprise integration standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA preferred.
- AWS connect and MuleSoft certifications are a plus.
