Knowledge, Skills And Abilities »
- Experience troubleshooting complex incidents and providing Level 3 support.
- Experience creating technical documentation and test plans/scripts.
- Strong experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Identity & Access Management
- (IAM) technologies.
- Background in IT Security, authentication, and access control solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex MFA-related incidents and requests, escalating to global support teams as needed.Provide Level 3 support for authentication platforms, applications, and processes.
- Assist with ensuring system integrity, security, scalability, and ongoing enhancements.
- Experience with Postman and automated testing is preferred.
- Previous experience supporting enterprise-scale or global IT environments is highly preferred.
- Experience with authentication platforms such as OpenText Advanced Authentication or similar solutions is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and automated test scripts using Postman.
- Perform unit and integration testing and support automated testing and deployment processes.
