Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements in a friendly, professional manner
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including setting up stations for service or events
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Assist with banquet setups, catering events, and food handling procedures following safety standards
- Uphold food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Experience serving in restaurants, catering, or banquet settings preferred
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and dietary considerations
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
