About the Role: We are currently searching for an outstanding individual to fill our Inside Sales position at our Taunton, MA facility.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Track and document sales opportunities and results.
- Collect and maintain project-related documents.
- Assist with various marketing efforts.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product, service information, and updates.
- Prepare and send out sales quotes.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Act as a liaison between customers and plant production.
- Ensure quality standards are being met.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Inside sales experience or account management experience (previous experience in manufacturing and/or steel preferred).
- Ability to interact with internal resources including sales team, management and executives.
- Clear, professional, and concise verbal and written communication.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt and prioritize work to support our customers.
- Highly proficient computer skills including the use of Word, Excel and other Windows-based programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree (highly preferred)
Compensation:
A meaningful compensation package will be developed that includes:
- Base Pay of $60-70K PLUS Bonuses.
