About the Role: We are currently searching for an outstanding individual to fill our Inside Sales position at our New Castle, Delaware facility.
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Track and document sales opportunities and results.
- Collect and maintain project related documents.
- Assist with various marketing efforts.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product, service information, and updates.
- Prepare and send out sales quotes.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Act as a liaison between customers and plant production.
- Ensure quality standards are being met.
Qualifications:
- Inside sales experience or account management experience.
- Ability to interact with internal resources including sales team, management and executives.
- Clear, professional, and concise verbal and written communication.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt and prioritize work to support our customers.
- Computer skills including the use of Word, Excel and other Windows-based programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Required Skills:
- Inside sales: 1 year (Required)
Pay range and compensation package: A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that includes base salary, bonus potential, health, dental, vision, life and disability products and a 401k program with company match.
