Position Overview
We are an established women’s apparel boutique seeking a highly motivated, Full-Time Assistant Manager to oversee daily retail operations.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who balances organizational skills with an outgoing, customer-focused personality. In this role, you will manage inventory, assist customers with styling, manage the storefront, and have the potential to do something Facebook Live try on videos and modeling. We pride ourselves on offering a seamless, welcoming shopping experience, and we are looking for a professional who will take absolute ownership of maintaining that standard.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management: Oversee and manage floor staff to ensure optimal performance, adherence to store policies, and a cohesive team environment.
Client Relations & Personal Styling: Deliver exceptional, high-touch customer service. Act as a stylist to build client relationships and drive sales.
Operations & Inventory Management: Ensuring all new merchandise is efficiently received, tagged, audited, and beautifully merchandised on the sales floor.
Digital Brand Representation: Opportunity to participate in the boutique’s digital marketing strategy by modeling apparel and hosting scheduled Facebook Live sales and interactive video content.
Store Ownership: Maintain visual merchandising standards, manage daily opening/closing procedures, and execute operational tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven leadership: A strong track record of being self-directed, self-managed, and highly organized. Ability to anticipate store needs and execute solutions proactively.
Leadership Experience: Prior experience in retail management, team supervision, or a structured leadership role is preferred.
Communication & Presentation: Outgoing and articulate, with the confidence to speak naturally on camera and represent the brand professionally in public-facing channels.
Reliability: Utmost dependability regarding scheduling, punctuality, and operational consistency.
Passion for Visuals: A strong eye for detail, cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
Schedule Requirements
Full-Time position.
Requires a flexible schedule, including a rotation of regular Saturday shifts throughout the month.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
