Position Summary

V-Power Equipment is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Warehouse & Delivery Associate to support daily warehouse operations, inventory handling, and local deliveries. This position plays an important role in maintaining organization, accuracy, and efficiency within the warehouse while providing excellent customer service during pickups and deliveries.

The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Unpack and organize incoming inventory and stock
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory organization and warehouse cleanliness
• Assist with stocking shelves and organizing warehouse materials
• Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely

Shipping & Receiving

• Prepare orders for shipment
• Verify shipping documentation and order accuracy
• Coordinate outgoing deliveries and pickups
• Assist with receiving and processing deliveries from vendors and suppliers

Delivery & Customer Support

• Complete local pickups and deliveries using company vehicles
• Load and secure products safely for transportation
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries
• Obtain signatures and delivery confirmations when required

General Support

• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Assist other departments as needed
• Support overall warehouse efficiency and daily operational needs

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or delivery experience preferred
• Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy items
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work in warehouse and outdoor environments as needed
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles and warehouse equipment

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Schedule and hours based on operational needs
• Occasional overtime may be required

Work Environment

This position works in a warehouse and delivery environment with regular exposure to equipment, machinery, and varying weather conditions during deliveries.
