What You’ll Do
Meet and exceed individual sales goals through proactive engagement and virtual consultations
- Make outbound calls to company-generated leads, building trust and long-term relationships
- Conduct consultative sales calls to educate potential clients on our services and products
- Address client questions, close sales, and ensure high client satisfaction
- Manage sales pipeline using CRM systems and Zenoti, including prompt follow-ups and appointment scheduling
- Educate clients on financing options to make their aesthetic goals attainable
Experience in inside sales, lead generation, or account management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in wellness, aesthetics, or medical spa industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- Competitive pay: $18–$20 hourly base plus commission (5% of package sales and $10 per booking)
On-target earnings (OTE) of approximately $52,000–$60,000 per year
