Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Cyber Security Analyst. The Cyber Security Analyst will be responsible for monitoring network activity, identifying vulnerabilities, conducting risk assessments, and implementing security measures. Responsibilities also include investigating security incidents, conducting penetration tests, developing security protocols, and providing reports and recommendations to ensure optimal security practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in Cybersecurity, Risk Assessment, and Threat Analysis
- Proficiency with Network Security, Firewall Management, and Security Incident Response
- Strong skills in Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Scanning, and Security Audits
- Familiarity with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and Threat Mitigation
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and documentation skills for creating reports and collaborating with teams
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in regulated industries and knowledge of compliance standards are advantageous
