Customer Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Engage directly with new and existing customers in residential areas to promote AT&T products and services.
- Educate customers on available plans, features, and promotions to help them make informed choices.
- Deliver excellent service by understanding each customer’s unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and guide them through the signup and activation process.
- Ensure compliance with company and client standards during all interactions.
- Collaborate with your team to hit goals, share best practices, and grow together.
Customer Sales Associate Requirements
- A positive, outgoing personality and strong people skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
- No prior sales experience required—training is provided!
- Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar fields is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Strong communication skills and confidence when speaking with others.
