We are currently seeking a highly motivated and personable Customer Sales Associate to join our expanding team. In this role, you will work face-to-face with customers, helping them discover the right AT&T services to suit their individual needs. Whether you’re just starting your career or looking to build your experience in a dynamic environment, we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Customer Sales Associate Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with new and existing customers in residential areas to promote AT&T products and services.
  • Educate customers on available plans, features, and promotions to help them make informed choices.
  • Deliver excellent service by understanding each customer’s unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and guide them through the signup and activation process.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client standards during all interactions.
  • Collaborate with your team to hit goals, share best practices, and grow together.

Customer Sales Associate Requirements

  • A positive, outgoing personality and strong people skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
  • No prior sales experience required—training is provided!
  • Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar fields is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence when speaking with others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,987.65 - $51,770.07 per year
