CNC Machinist / Operator (Entry-Level to Setup Capable) – V-Lake Industries
Small, growing precision machine shop in the Buffalo area seeking a CNC Operator and a Setup-Capable Machinist to join our team.
We are a hands-on shop serving a variety of industries including industrial and aerospace, offering a mix of work—not repetitive production all day.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 1 CNC Operator or Setup-Capable Machinist
- Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
- Ability to work independently is a plus
Shop Environment:
- 8 CNC Mills / 3 CNC Lathes
- Small company environment with direct impact
- Variety of parts and industries
- Opportunity to grow skills and responsibility
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- $25–$35/hour based on experience
- 1.5x overtime pay
- Training available
- Potential 2nd shift opportunities for highly autonomous workers
