Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Finish Carpenter to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential finish carpentry and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Install interior doors, trim, baseboards, casing, and millwork
- Install cabinets, shelving, railings, and accent walls
- Install hardwood, engineered hardwood, and LVP flooring
- Read plans and perform work according to project specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Work efficiently while delivering high-quality craftsmanship
Requirements
- Experience in finish carpentry is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with no experience
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Reliable transportation and basic tools are a plus
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well as part of a team
