Lot Attendant for Repossession Company

Repossession company seeking lot attendants at both Flint and Detroit area locations.

Applicant must be computer literate, organized, detail oriented, and enjoy working outdoors all seasons. This role is best suited for self-motivated individuals who focus on solutions rather than problems.

Skills:

- Must be extremely organized and be able to stay on track for time-sensitive deadlines.

-Ability to work well on a team and focus on results, exhibit adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment

- Must be able to multitask and communicate well with other team members

- Must be able to efficiently prioritize tasks.

Job duties will include:

- Completing vehicle condition and inventory reports in the required databases.

- Verify that all vehicles secured are marked on the correct lot, checked in, and windows are marked with required information.

- Tag, keep track of, and store keys

- Removing personal property out of repossessed vehicles and storing it.

- Keeping the storage room up to date and organized.

- Releasing vehicles and personals to transporters and the public.

- Keep track of appointments, delivery, and transport information.

- Assist and support the Repossession Agents when needed.

Applicant must be able to pass a background check, have a valid drivers license, and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Position is Days, mostly Monday - Friday with rare Saturdays depending on work load, but exact hours can be flexible.
