***Snow Field Manager***
VIP Services Group - Snow Removal Company looking for hard working and dependable help for this winter season. A Snow Field Manager oversees on average a range of 15 to 30 accounts. Responsibilities are to dispatch all salt drivers, machine operators and plow drivers within their region. Monitor their accounts and be on site to one of them at all times during their shifts & visit each account after operations have ceased to manage quality control. Continue to help staff, fill open positions and improve the regions staff/operators with efficient, qualified and reliable individuals.

Qualifications:
* Must have at least 5 years experience plowing and deicing
* Must be available to work 24/7 depending on weather conditions from November-March
* Understand, write and speak fluent English. Bilingual English/Spanish is a huge plus
* Drivers License with good driving background
* Hard working & dependable
* Company phone will be supplied for the winter season Nov-Mar
* Company vehicle will be supplied for winter season Nov-Mar
