Job description
$1,000 per week salary with $250-$500 dollar incentive bonuses!
We are seeking out a motivated, high energy, and reliable LEADER to join our team and provide an exceptional experience for the patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health & wellness, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities
- Establish a relationship with all patients and ensure they show up for all their scheduled appointments
- Present patient care plans and complete one-on-one new patient intakes
- Educate patients on the importance of care
- Ensure patient documentation is completely thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner
- Communicate with your staff, care provider, and management team frequently
- Supervise daily clinic operations
- Train and supervise clinic staff as needed
- Meet or exceed retention targets set by management
Qualifications
- Strong communication and/or sales skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in basic math and computer skills
- Proven track record of successful leadership/management roles and achieving performance-based compensation targets
Hours
9-12 & 2-6 Monday - Friday
9-12 Saturday
