Scope of Project:
The Division of Enterprise Applications (DEA) seeks an experienced consultant with expertise in SAP S4 HANA,
specifically within Public Sector Finance and Treasury modules to support implementation, optimization and
operational readiness initiatives. The consultant will provide strategic guidance, process documentation,
functional expertise, testing leadership and knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities will include:
- Administration of SAP FI and Treasury functionality to include ancillary applications utilized by the state.
- Provide services related to process design, development, testing and on-going maintenance of enterprise-wide software.
- Developing Current state and future-state process documentation in DEA’s documentation management process format.
- Provide best-practice recommendations for public sector financial and treasury operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support S4 HANA migration and implementation activities
- Work within SAP Finance or Treasury/Cash Management environment
- Manage ECC FI Module related development and support
- Handle SAP upgrades, OSS notes, support packs and troubleshooting
- Support budgeting, appropriations, grants, and governmental accounting functions
- Participate in SAP implementation and support activities within Public Sector environments
Required/Preferred Skills:
Required Skills:
- 7 years of experience with SAP Finance or Treasury/Cash Management
- 3 years of experience with SAP S4 HANA
- 7 years of experience with ECC FI Module
- 10 years of experience with practical SAP upgrades, OSS notes, support packs and troubleshooting
- 10 years of experience of SAP within the Public Sector
- 7 Years of experience in budgeting, appropriations, grants, and governmental accounting
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with full lifecycle SAP Implementations
- MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Visio, Project)
