Position Overview:
Seeking a Quality Assurance and Testing Lead to support testing activities for the SAMII to MOVERS conversion program. The consultant will develop testing strategies, validate migrated data, manage defects, and support User Acceptance Testing activities. QA Testing experience is specifically evaluated by the State as part of this solicitation.
Required Experience:
- 5 years of QA Testing experience
- Experience supporting ERP implementations
- Experience testing financial systems
- Experience testing payroll systems
- Experience designing and executing test plans
- Experience managing defects
- Experience supporting UAT
- Strong documentation skills
Preferred Experience:
- State government systems
- Oracle applications
- Financial ERP systems
- Payroll applications
- Data migration validation
- Mainframe modernization projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop conversion testing strategy
- Create test plans and test scenarios
- Execute functional and data validation testing
- Verify data migration accuracy
- Validate financial and payroll calculations
- Coordinate defect management activities
- Support User Acceptance Testing
- Prepare test summary reports
- Track testing progress through JIRA
