The Role:
As a Field Inspector, you will be the frontline ambassador for V&F Champion, engaging directly with homeowners in designated territories. Your primary responsibility will be to identify properties with potential damage, educate homeowners on their rights and our services, and initiate the claims process. This is a door-to-door role that requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to identify homeowners with property damage.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of V&F Champion public adjusting services.
- Initiate the process for free property inspections.Build rapport and trust with homeowners, acting as their initial point of contact and advocate.
- Collaborate closely with our V&F Inspections team to schedule and facilitate damage assessments.
- Utilize our lead monitoring system to track progress and manage your pipeline effectively.
Compensation & Earning Potential:
This is an entry-level position with a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward high performance:
Base Pay: Per week
Uncapped Commission: Earn significant commission based on secured claims.
As an Entry-Level Field Inspector you can achieve annual earnings ranging from $80,000 to $140,000 in their first year!
