What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wireman or Journeyman Solar Electrician position at V&E Services?
V&E Services is a growing, family-owned and operated solar and electrical provider serving the Austin, TX area. We are currently seeking a skilled Texas-licensed Wireman or Journeyman Solar Electrician to join our team. This lead role focuses on wall-mounted solar electrical work and residential main service panel upgrades.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Texas Wireman or Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Valid Texas Driver's license
- 3 years of experience performing wall-mounted and service-side electrical work for residential solar PV systems
- Ability to perform residential main service panel upgrades (100A–200A, 200A replacements, meter/main work, etc.)
- Ability to Install and connect inverters, disconnects, combiner panels, meters, and service equipment
- Ability to follow/execute proper electrical standards set forth by Master Electrician
- Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control
- Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics
- Ability to work well others in a supportive, collaborative team environment
- Extremely punctual and reliable with great attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
