Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Architect
Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Must-Have Skills
- 5 years of ServiceNow Architecture/Administration experience
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB
- 5 years of Jira Administration and Development experience
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Jira and other enterprise applications
- Expertise in ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client/server-side scripting, and automation
- Experience with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, user roles, groups, and access controls
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
Responsibilities
- Architect, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform
- Design and implement Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB solutions
- Configure and administer Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, permissions, and integrations
- Develop workflows, automation, reports, and dashboards
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using APIs and web services
- Support platform upgrades, performance tuning, and scalability improvements
- Provide technical leadership, documentation, and user training
Preferred Qualifications
- 8 years of ServiceNow Architecture experience
- ServiceNow CSA Certification
- ServiceNow CIS Certification (ITSM, Service Catalog, or related modules)
- ITIL Certification
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, migrations, and custom application development
- Strong scripting experience (JavaScript, GlideScript, AngularJS)
Salary : $75 - $80
