Role Overview
Senior full-stack engineer to join a small, high-impact team building and expanding an enterprise platform for content creation, publishing, integrations, plugins, and AI-enabled user experiences. The selected candidate will have significant end-to-end ownership, from solution design and development through deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
Ideal Candidate
- Typically, 5–10 years of progressive software development experience.
- Strong backend engineering experience with full-stack capability.
- Hands-on experience building and supporting production applications.
- Ability to independently own large features, modules, services, or pipelines.
- Strong understanding of system design, algorithms, data structures, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Comfortable working in a small team with high visibility, autonomy, and accountability.
- Able to learn unfamiliar frameworks and technologies quickly.

AI Expectations
