Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Waco, TX for a Training & Administrative Support Specialist. The primary responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs for both internal staff and external clients, developing instructional materials, and providing ongoing customer service to ensure effective implementation of training objectives. The role also includes administrative duties to support training processes and collaborating with teams to maintain high standards in training and organizational support.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Training & Development, including creating and delivering training sessions and programs.
- Knowledge of Instructional Design principles to develop effective learning materials.
- Customer Service experience to provide support and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in relevant digital tools and software for training and administrative tasks is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
