Who We Are Looking For
We're looking for a hands-on manufacturing leader to run our Dover, DE plant and own everything from safety and quality to cost and team development. You have 5 years managing operations in a process or batch manufacturing environment (construction materials, engineered mortars, or food are a plus), along with solid maintenance management experience. You're fluent in Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S, and you use them to cut waste and improve throughput. You're comfortable leading a small, close-knit team of about 15, managing budgets and capital projects, and working across Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Finance. A degree in engineering, business, or a related field, a Green Belt, and project management experience are all pluses. Most of all, you lead by example on safety, communicate clearly, and stay calm when things change.
