What You’ll Do
- Support the planning and execution of qualitative research studies, including usability testing, user interviews, and contextual inquiries
- Analyze user behavior, open-ended feedback, and qualitative data to identify key themes and pain points
- Collaborate with team members to synthesize insights and uncover behavioral trends and user journeys
- Contribute to transforming research findings into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders
- Assist in developing communications and presentations tailored to diverse audiences
- Support delivery of insights and recommendations through presentations, reports, and meetings
- Work across multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
- 2–4 years of experience in UX research, qualitative research, human-computer interaction, or related fields
- Strong foundation in qualitative research methods, including usability testing and user interviews
- Experience analyzing qualitative data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Ability to support research projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience moderating research sessions (e.g., interviews, focus groups, usability tests)
- Familiarity with usability testing tools such as UserTesting, UserZoom, Figma, or similar platforms
- Experience working in retail, technology, or customer experience research
- Experience supporting global or multi-region research programs
- Proficiency in presentation tools such as Keynote
