Minimum Qualifications
Advanced degree (M.S.) in Biomedical Engineering, Human Factors, Experimental Psychology, HCI, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience
5 years industry experience, with demonstrated history of designing and executing controlled human subjects studies
Strong proficiency in statistical analysis (e.g., regression, ANOVA)
Proficiency with data processing and statistical tools such as R or Python
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (PhD.) in Biomedical Engineering, Human Factors, Experimental Psychology, HCI, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience
3 years industry experience, with demonstrated history of designing and executing controlled human subjects studies
Background in biometric measurement, wearables studies, or product performance benchmarking
Ability to craft compelling, audience-tailored presentations that distill complex data into clear narratives
Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate study design, analysis, and insights synthesis
Experience working in cross-functional product development environments alongside engineering and design teams
