SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Entering and validating data
- Labeling and organizing loan documents
- Ordering and verifying income documentation
- Monitoring requirements for a loan to be approved
- Reviewing state and federal compliance information
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable using computers to look up information, read and write emails and use basic office software
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, including over the phone
- Process-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Experience working in a professional office, retail, customer service or similar setting
