As an AmeriCorps Community Resource Navigator, you will serve as a trusted link between community members and critical services - housing stability resources, food access, healthcare navigator, transportation assistance, and more. &You will serve hands on with residents and community partners to reduce barriers and help families move toward long term stability.
Service terms begin September/October 2026 and last approximately 10 - 11 months. 35 hours/week

Direct client navigation, resource coordination, outreach events, systems navigation, data and reporting, community partnerships, and education/workshops.
Requirements
Passion for community service.
Strong communication & cultural humility.
Comfort with front-facing, in-person environments.
Basic digital literacy.
Ability to travel locally.
Familiar with Lehigh Valley and surrounding counties.
